HOUSE REGULATIONS – BOOKING CONDITIONS
Check-in and check-out at Fusion Aparts Apartments are unattended.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
After full payment for the reservation is made, we will send you detailed check-in instructions via email no later than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Apartments can be booked:
a) through the online booking system located on the website test.fusionaparts.pl,
b) by sending an inquiry via email, Facebook, telephone, or other remote communication channels provided by FusionAparts. This method of booking requires confirmation of availability by FusionAparts.
c) through external booking portals.
Reservation confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the Guest when booking the apartment (email check-in). The booking confirmation will include information about the reservation (Guest’s personal details, apartment name and address, rental period, number of people, rental fee, available payment methods – in the case of payment by traditional bank transfer).
Photos and descriptions provided on the FusionAparts website and booking portals are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66, paragraph 1 of the Civil Code.
Please inform the property of your expected arrival time.
Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 11:30 PM.
General Provisions
These Regulations define the rules for the use of the accommodation facility by Guests.
Each Guest, by making a reservation or check-in, accepts the provisions of these Regulations.
Apartment Use Rules
Guests are required to maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
It is prohibited to take room furnishings outside the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property.
Financial Liability for Damage
Guests are fully financially liable for any damage or destruction to equipment and technical devices caused by their fault or the fault of third parties for which they are responsible. If damage is discovered after the Guest’s stay, the property reserves the right to charge the Guest for the repair costs.
Procedure in the Event of a Breakdown
Guests are required to immediately report any faults, breakdowns, or technical problems noticed in the room or in the common areas of the property.
The property is not liable for any inconvenience resulting from causes beyond the owner’s control, such as power, water, heating, or internet outages caused by external factors.
Prohibition of Organizing Parties
It is strictly forbidden to organize parties, stag or hen parties, special events, or other events that may disturb other Guests on the property. In the event of a violation of this prohibition, the property reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract with the Guest without refund and impose an additional fine of PLN 500.
Additional Guest Amenities
The property provides free Wi-Fi.
Free parking is available in the underground garage, with a guaranteed reserved parking space.
Pets are welcome subject to prior arrangement. Additional fees may apply.
Traveling with Children
If you are staying with children, please note that the property is legally obligated to implement child protection standards, establish the identity of minors, and determine their relationship with the adult they are staying with.
In the event of a violation of these regulations, the property has the right to refuse further accommodation services.
Reservation confirmation requires a 100% deposit payment within 1 hour of making the reservation.
Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. Free cancellation is not possible with the non-refundable plan.
The deposit can be paid via online transfer (fast Przelewy24 transfers).
Receipt of the 100% deposit online confirms the reservation. Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival are refundable, but non-refundable reservations are forfeited. Please submit any complaints by phone at +48 607038023 or by email at fusionaparts@gmail.com – they will be reviewed within 7 business days from the time of booking until check-out.
